Job Description

I am currently recruiting for a US Law firm for a HR Specialist. The role will be on the basis on a 18 month FTC, attending the firms London office.

If you are successful for this role, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Working across all aspects of the HR function.

- Collaborate with managers and partners to provide professional, customer focused advice.

- Uphold employment law standards and best practice, ensuring any policies and procedures are updated to reflect any changes.

- Providing guidance on the interpretation of policy, reinforcing legal personnel policies.

- Promote an open and inclusive working environment.

- Leading on complex case management incidents such as sickness and performance reviews.

- Encourage employee engagement across all staff.

- Manage the onboarding and induction processes.

- Assess feedback from performance reviewers and offer suggestions for any necessary changes to L&D programmes.

You would be a great fit for the role, if you meet the below criteria:

- A minimum of 5 years experience in HR Advisor role or equivalent.

- Strong knowledge of employment law and best practice.

- Keen interest in HR & relevant HR Systems.

- Experience dealing with ER, resourcing, change management and performance management.

- High level of confidentiality and discretion.

- Experience with the use and implementation of HR Select or Workday.
