The role

The firm is seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their London office as an HR Specialist (operating at a Senior HR Advisor level).

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of human resources policies and procedures as well as UK employment practices.

The HR Specialist will be the main point of contact for all London employees whilst working closely with the Associate Director of HR and Administration to assist with employee relations issues including performance issues, grievances, disciplinary proceedings and dismissals for all business services.

The HR Specialist will have a pivotal involvement in managing onboarding, assisting/mentoring junior team members, liaising with immigration lawyers, recruitment, mandatory training compliance and leading office-wide CSR initiatives.

What do you need?

The ideal candidate will have 2/3 years' experience operating at HR Advisor level or above at a law firm or professional services firm.

You will have the ability to easily shift priorities in a fast-paced, high pressured environment and have a high level of attention to detail.

You will have a proactive and results-oriented mindset with comprehensive analytical and problem-solving skills.

You are able to work well independently and as a member of a team.
