Job Description

This is an amazing opportunity for a CRM professional to join the London office of a leading US law firm on a 12-month fixed term contract. The role supports and maintains the CRM system which is pivotal in ensuring user adoption and best practice across the firm.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop the CRM system to support the firm's business strategy
  • Support users on the day to day running of InterAction by telephone or in person
  • Data acquisition and stewarding - this includes resolution of 'DCM tickets' raised by the CRM system
  • Responsible for maintaining and executing the data cleansing/maintenance strategy
  • Update new company/person information using a variety of resources to enhance profiles
  • Provide regular and ad hoc reports from the CRM system for senior management and for department heads across the firm
  • Contribute to and support the wider marketing team with events management and related marketing activities
  • Manage and send out mailings using the Vuture VX platform
  • Monitor the client update inbox and provide support to the Client update team with sending out mailings and creating distribution lists
  • Manage relationships with the firm's external suppliers - LexisNexis and Vuture
  • Provide training to users when required to ensure business practices are followed
  • Provide regular to ad hoc support to senior management on various projects
  • To provide recommendation and be able to resolve questions

Skills, experience & qualifications

  • Previous InterAction experience is essential - Especially resolving DCM Tickets
  • Educated to degree or equivalent level (Specialism CRM/marketing)
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Enjoys working with data, and seeing improvement in data quality
  • Process driven and methodical with strong attention to detail
  • Self motivated, driven and has initiative
  • Project management skills - ability to manage and deliver several campaigns at the same time
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent IT skills, experienced in Excel and using database and ability to adapt to new technology and processes
  • Excellent written skills, compiling data analysis
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent judgement and discretion regarding confidential and commercially sensitive information
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Respectful, positive, articulate, professional and sympathetic)
  • Accepts and follows instructions, listens, makes notes, questions appropriately, co-operates
