Ryder Reid is currently working with a prestigious US law firm to recruit a Paralegal to join their IP Litigation team on a permanent basis.
The Paralegal will work directly with the partners and attorneys on all client matters from the beginning through to trial and appeal. The role will involve day-to-day management of cases including hearing preparation, document management, managing the flow of information and establishing best practice policies and procedures.
The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of the UK online High Court filing system, a good understanding and knowledge of the European PAtent Office websites and previous IP Litigation and Patent Litigation experience ideally gained from a similar law firm.
