We are recruiting for an IS Helpdesk Junior Specialist to join one of our international law firm clients on a permanent basis.
This is a niche role that will provide training to all new users across London and Europe.
Duties will include but will not be limited to;
- Manage workflow
- Monitor emails and voice mails received from end users
- Run scheduled system tests
- Monitor network and system alerts and respond appropriately
- Produce shift status reports and turnover logs
- Apply standard software configurations to PC's.
- Maintain inventory control
- Participates in IS department projects.
