Our client, a US law firm, are looking to recruit a general deskside/2nd line technical support candidate to join them on a permanent basis. This is a varied and busy role and the IT Desktop Support Specialist will provide first and second level end user support for all aspects of pc usage and firm wide IT/Telecom/AV equipment across all international office locations.
Due to the nature of this role excellent communication skills are essential and the IT Desktop Support Specialist must have the ability to communicate technical information effectively to a non-technical audience. The IT Desktop Support Specialist should also be dependable, adaptable and flexible with working out of normal hours.
