Based in the London office the IT Desktop Support Specialist will provide computer and phone support to the London and European offices. The role will involve varied tasks such as resolve first and second level software, investigate troubleshoot errors and hardware systems, assist with maintenance of telecommunication systems, Interface and maintain effective communication with other Support, Training, Systems, Servers, Telecommunications and Multimedia staff.
The ideal candidate will have a Minimum of 2 years' work experience within an Information Technology environment alongside strong technical aptitude and working knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office 2010, Document Management Systems, Server/ Desktop & trouble ticket software technologies is essential and excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels of lawyers and staff.
