A leading US law firm based in stunning City offices currently has an excellent opportunity for an IT Support Analyst to join their team in London. The IT Support Analyst will have strong experience within a law firm or professional services environment (i.e. banking or finance). The IT Support Analyst will provide 1st and 2nd line technical support for all incidents and service requests reported to the Service Desk in the London office; duties will include ensuring that all incidents and services requests are logged and assigned correctly, maintaining a high degree of customers service for all requests and adhere to all Service Desk processes, procedures and policies, provide AV and VC conference room support for internal/ client meetings and events, provide applications support in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Lotus Notes, mobile devices and other firm wide applications. You will provide assistance in relation to the following packages; MS Office, Citrix, VPM, CMC Console, Worksite, FileSite, Windows XP/IE and BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
The IT Support Analyst will be positive, proactive and customer focused with a calm approach to problem solving. Due to the nature of the IT Support Analyst role, candidates must have the ability to work under pressure and handle the demands of the role in a professional manner and be flexible working out of hours when required.
