If you are an IT User Support Analyst with two years' experience working within a legal or professional services environment, providing 1st and 2nd line helpdesk support, then our award-winning client would like to hear from you. The team is small, helpful and enjoys providing excellent customer service to approximately 250 users in London.
As the successful IT User Support Analyst, you and your team, are responsible for the technology used by all staff in London. This will include:
- Mobile devices
- Telephone and videoconference systems
- Network and server equipment
You will also provide support for meetings, local projects and work with external vendors to help operate the helpdesk, which runs from Monday to Friday. As the successful IT User Support Analyst, you should have a good understanding of IT systems, applications and processes. Previous exposure to Windows 7/10, MS Office 10/19, iManage, Carpe Diem, Interaction and Change-Pro is highly preferable; along with a good understanding of professional information services operational practices. Additional exposure to Windows Server Environment, Active Directory, Cisco TMS, MobileIron, Intercall/Zoom, Avaya, Callpilot server, Citrix Director, RSA server and mobile device support (Apple IOS and Android), Dell and Avaya hardware is also important.
