One of our clients, a top US law firm, based in the heart of the City, are looking for a Junior Receptionist to join them on a permanent basis. Whilst no previous office/reception experience is required they are looking for someone who is a confident, well-presented team player who is eager to learn and develop their skills. The core hours for this role are 11am - 7pm.
You will meet and greet all incoming clients, answer all incoming calls, monitor and control the booking of conference rooms, track/monitor arrivals of attorneys from the US offices, allocate offices for visiting attorneys/clients as well as general administrative duties.
The successful receptionist needs to be able to work to tight deadlines, have good time management skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to build relationships with a wide range of people. You should have strong IT and communication skills. This is a really fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to gain experience within a busy corporate environment.
