They currently have an exciting new opportunity for a Legal Assistant to start working in Patents for which they have won law firm of the year on multiple occasions. You will be tasked with supporting a number of new and established fee earners helping with a mixture of work in a department well-known for the structure and quality of the training they provide which will help you integrate into a group renowned for their busy portfolio of clients involving some interesting prosecution work.
Ideally you should have a university degree or at least three years' experience working in Patents, a CIPA qualification, knowledge of EPO patent rules and regulations, strong data entry and word processing skills, excellent verbal and written communications skills and be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment without the quality of your work suffering.
