Legal PA | Corporate Finance | 3/2 Liverpool Street
Are you an experienced Legal PA that is robust, proactive and passionate about supporting busy fee-earners? A highly respected international law firm client of ours is seeking a Legal PA to join their London team on a permanent basis.
This role offers the chance to work closely with a group of high-performing lawyers, including a prominent Corporate Finance Partner, within a supportive, collaborative, and fast-moving environment.

What You'll Be Doing
- Extensive diary and travel management
- Extensive billing
- Client liaison
- Creating and amending documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe
- Proofreading and editing documents for grammar and accuracy
- Full clean, strip and reformat of legal documents with the support of the DP team
What They're Looking For
- An experienced Legal PA with 5+ years of experience in a City law firm.
- Someone who thrives in fast-paced environment and is robust
- A self-starter who takes ownership and can multitask effectively
- A confident communicator with a professional and approachable manner
- Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-performing team
