If you are an experienced Legal PA/Secretary with a strong legal background gained from a noted law firm, then please read on.
You will be working for a trio of Partners who will be very demanding with your time but are particularly charming. Although you will be busy, I don't think there is any doubt this is going to be a fun job for you. Co-ordinating their days, which involves extensive meetings, conference calls and travel arrangements which are constantly changing, will be the order of your day. They will look to you to deal with almost everything for them, including personal work, but despite the role being pressurised, the guys are never rude, nor do they shout; they will be charming and humorous at best, 'business efficient' at worst. To be considered for the role, the guys have asked that you be intelligent and quick-thinking, experienced at working in a confidential role - ideally within Corporate Law/Investment Banking/Funds/Private Equity - and ideally at a senior level within a leading law firm. You don't have to have 15 - 20 years' experience to qualify for this role, the guys are looking for someone with a 'certain something that comes naturally'. So, if you feel you have that, plus 5 years' relevant legal secretarial experience as listed above, I would like to hear from you.
