Housed in very impressive offices in the heart of the City of London, our client is looking to recruit an experienced Legal Receptionist to join their existing and friendly team on a permanent basis.
Previous law firm experience as a receptionist is essential to be considered as the role will encompass meeting and greeting high profile clients and providing them with a 5* service, answering and screening all calls, managing the conference area to ensure a perfect client experience, as well as liaising with IT to ensure all Audio Visual equipment is working and the relevant client's IT requirements have been accommodated. As the successful candidate, you will also deal with couriers and taxi bookings, order stationery, catering and kitchen supplies and provide administration assistance in the office if required from time to time.
