Job Description

One of our clients, a top US law firm based in the heart of the City, are looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to join them on a permanent basis. Whilst no previous office/reception experience is required they are looking for someone who is a confident, well-presented team player who is eager to learn and develop their skills.

As the successful Receptionist/Administrator you will meet and greet all incoming clients, answer all incoming calls, monitor and control the booking of conference rooms, track/monitor arrivals of attorneys from the US offices, allocate offices for visiting attorneys/clients as well as general administrative duties.

The Receptionist/Administrator needs to be able to work to tight deadlines, have good time management skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to build relationships with a wide range of people.
