One of our clients, a top international law firm, based in Central London close to Liverpool Street Station, are looking for a Receptionist to join them on a permanent basis. Ideally, you will have three to six months office/reception experience, be a confident communicator, well-presented, able to take instruction and eager to learn and develop your skills as a legal secretary as you will be asked to undertake basic secretarial administration to support the London team in busy times.
You will meet and greet all incoming clients, answer all incoming calls from international clients, monitor and control the booking of conference rooms, track/monitor arrivals of attorneys from the US offices, allocate offices for visiting attorneys/clients as well as general administrative duties.
The successful receptionist needs to be able to work to tight deadlines, have good time management skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to build relationships with a wide range of people. You should have strong IT and communication skills.
