Our prestigious global law firm client seeks a Legal Recruiting Senior Coordinator to join them on a 12m Contract basis (Maternity Cover).
Reporting to the Director of Legal Recruiting & Professional Development (EMEA) the Legal Recruiting Senior Coordinator will deliver quality-driven and timely professional recruitment across the firms EMEA offices with a particular focus on graduate recruitment and some lateral hires.
Responsibilities will include:
- Being the subject-matter expert both internally and externally for graduate recruitment and lateral hires; candidate attraction, selection and on-boarding;
- Promoting employer branding including promotional materials, publications, social media and advertising;
- Organising and delivering the firm's vacation schemes and EMEA insight days;
- Recruit and manage Brussels trainee and summer internship programme and German Referendar programme;
