Our US law firm client is looking for a bright, switched on Legal Recruitment Assistant to join their London team, located in stunning offices. Working within an established and friendly Recruitment team, your key responsibilities will include providing full support to the team and holding overall responsibility for the administration of all recruitment, trainee development, HR processes, recruitment and events. You will also be preparing offer letters and employment contracts for graduates; preparing induction packs and schedules; arranging recruitment events, interviews and assessment days; maintaining personnel files; administration for reviews and acting as the point for contact for all future trainees.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within the legal sector and ideally a good working knowledge of the UK legal market. Excellent attention to detail is essential, along with first-class communication skills and the ability to prioritise a busy workload. Strong IT skills are required and you must have a flexible, hands-on attitude and be a good team player.
