Job Description

The Firm

I'm currently working closely with a prestigious US law firm in London, who are seeking a Legal Recruitment Coordinator to support them on their lateral fee earner and graduate recruitment efforts.

Responsibilities

Serving as the point of contact and subject-matter expert for lateral recruitment, managing all aspects from candidate attraction and selection to onboarding, both internally and externally.

Supporting the Practice Group heads, Partners and Legal Recruiting Managers to manage their lateral recruitment needs across the EMEA offices from start to finish

Building and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

Working in close collaboration with colleagues responsible for trainee and intern hiring across the EMEA offices and develop an understanding of qualification criteria in each jurisdiction

Supporting Managers with vacation schemes, including screening of applications, assessment centres and interviews and the planning and delivery of schemes and offer management.

Assisting Managers with the trainee life cycle from induction to qualification.

What do you need?

Proven experience in coordinating recruitment programs for law firms or professional services

Familiar with the legal education and professional systems across EMEA

Excellent written and spoken English

Strong interpersonal skills

Highly organised with impeccable attention to detail
