Legal Secretarial Assistant - Global Law Firm - Frankfurt Office
Are you a Legal Secretary/Assistant experienced in what you do and looking to excel your career with an exceptional law firm?
We are recruiting for a Legal Secretary/Assistant to work for one of our growing law firm clients based in the very heart of Frankfurt.
This role offers an incredibly supportive and collaborative culture, a real 'family-feel' and pays competitively with excellent benefits.
Working 9:00-18:00 with hybrid working on offer (4 days in the office, 1 from home) you will be supporting a well-established team with secretarial duties.
Duties include:
- Client liaison and dealing with authorities
- Preparing and reviewing legal documentation
- Proactive diary and inbox management
- Time recording and financial tasks
- Answering and screening calls
- Ad hoc secretarial administration
The successful candidate:
- Previous experience working in a law firm as a Legal Assistant
- Refa ('Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte') qualification essential
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to organise and prioritise a heavy workload
- IT proficient and experience on legal systems
- Ability to provide excellent client service and uphold professionalism at all times
