Our Law firm client is seeking a proactive and highly organised Legal Secretary to support a small team of senior professionals within their corporate team. This is a full-time, permanent role offering flexible hybrid working (2 or 3 days in the office). You will be providing key support at partner level. This role will be based in their Milton Keynes office and offering a salary of £31,500 (dependent on experience).
Responsibilities:
- Managing diaries and coordinating meetings for 3-4 senior team members
- Handling travel arrangements and itineraries
- Preparing and formatting documents and correspondence
- Supporting billing processes and administrative tasks
- Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum 18 months' experience in an administrative or secretarial role
- Background in legal or professional services preferred
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and document management systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
