Our client, a global law firm, is very keen to attract an experience Legal Secretary to join their Private Equity team on a Permanent basis.
The successful Legal Secretary will have previous corporate experience and provide high quality secretarial and administrative support to the partners, associates and trainee solicitors, as well
as working closely with other secretaries and business support professionals.
Duties include: diary management, proofreading, arranging travel, and administrative tasks including typing, photocopying, binding, scanning documents, filing, timesheets and
expenses. Candidates must be well organised, highly motivated and lead by example with professional behaviour and a positive attitude.
To be considered for this role, you must have strong written and communication skills, with a positive, professional attitude and able to remain calm under pressure
