Job Title: Leveraged Finance Paralegal
Location: City of London
Working Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days remote)
About the Firm: A leading international law firm.
Role Overview: The firm is seeking a Paralegal to join its Leveraged Finance team. The role involves supporting lawyers on high-value, cross-border transactions, managing documentation, and coordinating deal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft finance documents
- Support closings and post-closing deliverables
- Maintain transaction bibles and document systems
- Liaise with clients, counsel, and internal teams
- Conduct legal research and support know-how development
Qualifications:
Candidates should have prior paralegal experience in banking or finance, ideally within a leveraged finance team. Familiarity with loan structures, LMA documentation, and cross-border or private equity-backed transactions is advantageous.
