Our client, a renowned US law firm are seeking a Legal Assistant to join their Litigation/Arbitration department on a permanent basis.
The role itself will be busy and varied, and the successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to Attorneys and Legal Assistants over the whole practice area. The duties will include (but will not be limited to); assisting with document production, conducting document review, preparing and organising files, performing legal and non-legal research, proof reading and cross-referencing documents, preparing and filing court documents, assisting during trials and organising trial documents.

To be considered, candidates must be highly academic and have a minimum 2.1 Law degree. The LPC is an advantage, however is not essential. A minimum of 2 years' litigation/arbitration experience is required, which will have been gained within a busy paralegal capacity.
Candidates cannot have worked on any LIBOR/FX or Russian Oligarch matters as these are firm wide conflicts.
This will be a busy role and plenty of overtime will be available throughout, so candidates must be flexible with working longer hours when required. A fantastic salary and firm benefits are also on offer.
