Our client, a US law firm are seeking a Litigation Support Assistant to join them on an on-going temporary basis.
This temporary role will be commencing ideally ASAP, and the successful candidate will be required to assist the firm on an on-going basis with no fixed end date.
The role will involve the management of digital media and evidence, including the maintenance of records and electronic data transfers. The successful candidate will work with the Litigation Support Manager on the planning of disclosure exercises and with the creation and maintenance of training materials relating to electronic disclosure. Day to day duties will include; carrying out project management tasks with respect to individual electronic disclosure exercises and acting as a liaison with external electronic disclosure and service providers.
The ideal candidate will be a Law graduate, with experience of working with electronic evidence and managing electronic disclosure projects. In addition, the candidate will have previous experience working in a similar environment (ideally working with/or for an international law firm) and should have experience with the platform Relativity and other leading document review platforms.
One or more of the following qualifications or certifications (or comparable qualifications) would be highly desirable:
- Certified E-Discovery Specialist
- Relativity Certified Administrator
