Job Description

A hugely successful and growing international law firm based in the City are seeking an administrator to join their bubbly and fun marketing team (Brand & Bids). You will be assisting with events, communications, business development, sales (bids), and client services. Please note that overtime may be required at times.

  • General administration support to the Marketing Team
  • Assisting with event planning and coordination
  • Coordinating of travel arrangements and bookings
  • Managing the CRM database
  • Assisting with the production of documents for bids
  • Invoice processing, recording and budget tracking
  • Client audit administration
  • Diary and meeting management, including team meeting administration
  • Running reports
  • Drafting monitoring online content and keeping it up to date
  • Ad hoc project work as required

Experience and qualifications:

  • If you have graduated with any qualification and are looking to get into marketing, send your CV immediately to
  • Ideally you will have least 3-6 months office experience within professional services but not essential
