Our client is a top corporate law firm Headquartered in London who is looking for a Senior Executive/Manager to join their Marketing & Business Development team on a 6-12m fixed term contact. The Senior Executive/Junior Manager will drive the marketing and business development initiatives for the banking and finance practice group. The successful candidate will have a positive and proactive approach to their work and have the capability and skills to effectively advise at partner level.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Working with Partners, the Head of Business Development, Director of Marketing and Business Development and the Head of Banking and Finance Policy on the creation of the practice development and marketing plans; project and budget management; strategic planning; developing cross selling and cross practice initiatives.
- Working with Partners, designated fee-earners on the development and production of all practice area materials both on and off-line; support fee earners and profile raising initiatives; ensuring effective internal communication of successes; preparation of directory and award submissions; working with marketing communications team and the banking and finance PSL to implement practice-wide marketing campaigns; assist partners and the PR Manager on PR initiatives and press releases; compiles eCommunications using Vuture and InterAction.
The suitable candidate will have relevant professional experience including dealing with partners at a senior level and an understanding or keen desire to learn about banking and finance. He/she must have excellent oral and written communication skills, a high attention to detail and excellent influencing skills with the ability to establish credibility quickly at senior levels.
