Job Description

This mid-sized prestigious law firm are looking for a Marketing Manager professional to join their office near London Bridge. This is a standalone role, managing the whole function for the London Bridge Office and successfully driving forward marketing efforts for the London Office. Reporting to the London Shareholders and Head of Marketing in the US.


-Overseeing and assisting with business development communications

-Development an execution of strategic planning

-Full preparation of pitches, proposals, presentations

-Assessing needs for PR support

-Preparing and proofing client-facing documents, coordinating responses to RFPs & RFIs

-Coordination of all events including calendar submissions, seminars and conferences

-Hiring and management of the Marketing Assistant

-Drafting of press releases, collateral information and other necessary internal and external communications

-Collaborate with the design team on ad submissions, evite creation, and other creative design projects

-Working with Practice Development Managers to compile information and drafting submissions

-Coordinate with third-party vendors on a variety of projects

-Administrative duties and other responsibilities as assigned


-Degree qualification (MBA highly desired)

-Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral

-Attentive to detail, works well under pressure, and has the ability to manage simultaneous deadlines under minimal supervision

-High level of proficiency using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

-Prior experience working in a law firm desirable

-Advanced research and pitching skills

-Media and public relations experience in the UK market

-International experience (particularly US) desirable
