Our client, a leading US law firm with stunning City offices, has an opening for an Office Services Assistant to join them on a 6 month fixed term contract basis. Your duties will include the following; receiving, sorting and delivering internal post, ordering stationary for the London office, franking post for outgoing mail, booking couriers for collection and delivery, assisting in the set-up of meeting rooms, reprographics work including hard copy printing, digital printing, CD burning, binding and laminating files for presentations.
The firm is keen to meet with candidates who have 6 months plus previous City experience within a law firm (or similar professional services environment) of postal duties, reprographics, soft facilities, office moves and general administration. The team really pulls together. Candidates must be well spoken and well presented, proactive and enthusiastic.
