Our law firm client is recruiting for an Office Services Assistant to join their London office on a permanent basis.
This role will be responsible for supporting the firm with the day-to-day operations of the Office Services Department. Duties will include,
- Printing
- Copying
- Binding
- Scanning
- Running errands
- Maintaining stock levels of stationery and supplies
- Assisting with customer enquiries
- Answering phone calls
- Logging technical faults.
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, have effective communication skills and a proactive attitude.
