Job Description

Our client, an award winning Dispute Resolution law firm, is looking for an Office Team Assistant to join them as soon as possible. The new London office is expanding fast with new people set to join consistently over the next few months so this will be a busy and involved role supporting the Office Manager, Partners and Solicitors.

Your duties will include diary management, booking travel, liaising with clients and taking messages, finance administration, e-filing and paper filing, assisting the Office Manager with business development, archiving, and some ad hoc PA duties. The role will also involve some front of house and facilities duties. The firm offer an extensive benefits package and competitive salaries.
