Our client, a leading international law firm is keen to meet with an office services / receptionist to join them on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will provide a wide range of services in both Office Services and Reception. Duties will include but are not limited to: meeting and greeting all visitors, switchboard, scheduling and coordinating conference rooms, sorting and delivery of mail, catering and administration tasks.
The ideal candidate will have administrative experience working in a law firm, strong organisational skills, be proficient in Microsoft and have a can-do attitude. This role will be a forward facing role so candidates must be professional and presentable.
