Our global law firm client is looking for an Operations Assistant to join them on a permanent basis.
You will work very closely with the Office Manager and duties will include the below -
- Answer telephone calls
- Deliver mail
- Manage office supplies
- Assist with office moves
- Maintain office equipment
- Health & Safety
- Calendar management
- Adhoc administration tasks
The successful candidate must have previous operations experience and must have front of house experience/knowledge.
