Brilliant opportunity for someone with two or three years' PA or EA experience to join a highly prestigious UK law firm. In this role you will be providing assistance to a selection of senior business heads within the organisation.
This is an extremely varied role with a broad range of responsibilities including scheduling meetings, organising events, managing diaries, producing agendas, arranging travel, drafting board minutes, updating websites, and assisting with the preparation of budgets and expenses. There will also be lots of opportunity for involvement in projects.
The ideal candidate will have experience of providing administrative support to a Director or another senior member of Management from within a professional services environment. You must be a versatile all-rounder with a proactive approach and the ability to work on your own initiative. Strong IT skills are essential, particularly Excel, and you must have the confidence to liaise with people of all levels.
