Our client, a prestigious global law firm, seeks a forward thinking and experienced Operations Team Leader to join the London office on a permanent basis. The Operations Team Leader will work in conjunction with the Operations Supervisor to organise and manage the office functions and the wider Operations Team.
The Operation Team Leader will oversee and coordinate the workflow of the operations staff, ensuring the floor services are maintained (multi-function devices, consumable stock, office space, cleanliness, delivery of mail and/or packages, and the comfort of individual office environments), assist in implementing new working practices, liaise with external vendors, provide departmental analysis and reports, and promote policies and procedures to ensure and safe and healthy working environment.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in operations gained in a corporate environment, ideally in a law firm, as well as a flexible and adaptable approach to their workload. This is a fast paced and diverse role with the opportunity to take on more responsibility as the position develops.
