You will be working for a pair of Partners who will be demanding in two ways; firstly, with your time. Secondly, they will demand a very close working relationship with you because they really do see their PA as an integral part of their team. Although you will be busy, I don't think there is any doubt this is going to be a fun job for you. Co-ordinating their days, which involves extensive meetings, conference calls and travel arrangements which are constantly changing, will be the order of your day. They will look to you to deal with almost everything for them, including personal work, but despite the role being pressurised, the Partners are never rude, nor do they shout; they will be humorous at best, 'business efficient' at worst. To be considered for the role, the Partners have asked that you be intelligent and quick-thinking, experienced at working as a Legal Secretary in a recognised leading law firm. You don't have to have 15 - 20 years' experience to qualify for this role, the Partners are looking for someone with a 'certain something that comes naturally'. So, if you feel you have that, plus 5 years' relevant legal secretarial experience as listed above, I would like to hear from you.
