A fantastic opportunity has arisen at a leading international law firm for a PA to support the Directors of Business Services (which includes HR, Business Development, Finance and Operations). This is an extremely varied role with a broad range of responsibilities including scheduling meetings, organising events, preparing visa applications, negotiating rates with hotels, travel arrangements, website updates, and assisting with the preparation of budgets. There will also be lots of opportunity for involvement within upcoming projects at the firm. This really is an interesting role, and one that comes with a high level of responsibility.

The ideal PA should have previous administrative/ PA experience ideally gained within a noted, UK or US Law firm or professional services environment. You must be a versatile all-rounder with a proactive approach and the ability to work on your own initiative. Strong IT skills are essential, particularly Excel, and you must have the confidence to liaise with people of all levels.
