Our client, a successful international law firm, has just opened its brand new London office and is now looking to recruit a Paralegal / Office Coordinator. This will be an incredibly varied role, so requires someone with a hands-on and flexible approach. The Paralegal / Office Coordinator will oversee the operational running of the office, as well as assisting the lawyers with a range of duties.
Responsibilities for the Paralegal / Office Coordinator may include, but will not be limited to:
- Undertaking legal research, company searches and analysis
- Preparing, organising and maintaining files of case documents
- Filing court documents
- Liaising with building management and suppliers
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Providing administrative support for the lawyers as required
The ideal candidate for the Paralegal / Office Coordinator role will have experience of working as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant, and will have a Law degree. You must have excellent organisational skills, and be able to juggle multiple tasks. You will enjoy a role with real variety and be of the mind-set that no job is too big or too small. Advanced Microsoft Office is required, along with strong communication skills.
