Job Description

Are you looking to return to work part time or currently studying and end flexible days? My client is looking to hire someone on a part time maternity contract (12 months FTC) to recruit interns for their boutique firm based in the heart of Fitzrovia. The client is looking for bright, switched on Graduate Recruitment Coordinator to join their team, located in stunning offices near. This will be a standalone role so you must be confident in coordinating the entire internship programme and hold full responsibility for the end to end recruitment of the graduates. You will also be preparing offer letters and employment contracts for graduates, post pre selection, conducting reference checks, preparing induction packs and schedules, arranging recruitment events, maintaining personnel files; coordination of reviews and acting as the point for contact for all interns.

Excellent attention to detail is essential, along with first-class communication skills and the ability to prioritise a busy workload. Strong IT skills are required and you must have a flexible, hands-on attitude and be a good team player.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a professional environment and ideally have recruited graduates/interns previously and has an understand of the recruitment cycle.
