Our client, a Top Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys is looking to recruit an experienced Records Assistant to join the existing team within their London office on a permanent basis.
This will be a busy and varied role where the successful Records Assistant will be responsible for coordinating all records management and providing records requests to the firm's professional and support staff. Other duties will include, but are not limited to, assisting with a records move, ordering records stationary supplies, as well as responding to requests from lawyers and staff to submit/retrieve boxes offsite.
In order to be considered for this Records Assistant role, you will need to be experienced in legal records management. The successful Records Assistant will also have excellent oral / written communication skills, be able to work well as part of a team and have a flexible / organised attitude in order to manage a busy workload. You will be adaptable and have a flexible working attitude, strong attention to detail and a willingness to meet deadlines in this fast patent and trade mark attorneys firm.
