Ryder Reid is working with a leading global law firm who is seeking a Practice Development Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis. This role will be supporting the Finance & Restructuring team. The role would suit a candidate with 2-4 years' experience with either a paralegal, knowledge management or practice development background - this experience can be gained from a law firm or professional services company. You will be responsible for working with the Practice Development Lawyer, Practice Development Manager and the wider Practice Development team to support the Finance & Restructuring practice group, with particular focus on providing support in relation to, and day-to-day responsibility for the management of knowledge sharing initiatives, research and innovation tools. Candidates should be degree educated with a genuine interest in working within the legal industry, be willing to learn and have a curious mind.
