We have been instructed on a fantastic opportunity for a Property Administrator to join an international law firm on a permanent basis.
This role will sit within their renowned Residential Property department and will provide a wide range of administration support to the Fee Earners and Secretaries with the day-to-day management of residential-specific documents and applications.
Duties include, but are not limited to,
- scanning of ingoing and outgoing post,
- preparing SDLT forms and drafting
- insurance policies
- creating bank files,
- submitting certificates of titles
- registrations and priority searches
- diarise expiry dates
- activating NHBC
To be considered for this role, candidates must have experience working in a property/residential department, with experience in the Land Registry portal being ideal.
