Ryder Reid Legal is working with a US law firm to recruit a Paralegal to work with the Real Estate Finance team on a 12-month fixed term contract basis. The successful candidate will provide transactional support and assist with deal execution, administrative tasks, funds matters, reviewing transaction documents and drafting.
This role would be eligible for hybrid working (3 days in the office and 2 from home) and will start ASAP.
