The following role is being offered on a permanent basis between the hours of 10.30am and 6.30pm.
One of our clients, a market leading US law firm based in enviable offices, is looking for a Junior Receptionist to join the team on a permanent basis. Whilst no previous reception experience is essential (although it would be highly advantageous), the firm is keen to meet individuals with around 6 months' experience in a professional office environment where you will have gained an insight into customer service, business administration and high levels of customer care. The firm needs you to be a confident, well-presented team player who is eager to learn and develop your skills. The core hours for the role will be 10.30am - 6.30pm.
Working in a team of three, you will meet and greet incoming clients, answer incoming calls, monitor and control the booking of conference rooms, track/monitor arrivals of attorneys from the US offices, allocate offices for visiting attorneys/clients as well as general administrative duties. You will need to be able to work to tight deadlines, have good time management skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to build relationships with a wide range of people. Strong It skills would be a real advantage.
