Housed in new, purpose built and very impressive offices, our client is keen to attract a very polished and well-spoken receptionist to be the face of the London office. Previous solid law firm reception experience would be the ideal but high profile receptionists from an environment similar to that of a City law firm will also be considered. Your duties will encompass meeting and greeting clients and providing them with a 5* concierge service, answering and screening all calls, managing the conference area to ensure a perfect client experience, Health & Safety administration, (training will be given if necessary) and liaise with IT to ensure all Audio Visual equipment is working and the relevant client's IT requirements have been accommodated. The successful candidate will also manage all incoming and outgoing post, couriers and taxi bookings, be responsible for ordering all stationery, catering and kitchen supplies and offer administration assistance to other departments in the office if required from time to time.
