Ryder Reid Legal are looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to join us on an initial temp to permanent basis. Whilst no previous office/reception experience is required we are looking for someone who is a confident, well-presented team player who is eager to learn and develop their skills.

The successful Receptionist/Administrator will meet and greet all incoming candidates and clients, answer all incoming calls, monitor and control the booking of meeting rooms, posting and managing adverts, social media and marketing as well as general administrative duties.

The Receptionist/Administrator needs to be able to work to tight deadlines, have good time management skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to build relationships with a wide range of people.
