The following role is working between 8.30am and 5.30pm and is offered on a permanent, full-time basis.
Our client is leading International Patent & Trademark Attorneys with staff numbering over 100 in the London office. The firm is looking to revamp their reception area to offer unrivalled customer service to really give the wow factor to both staff and clients alike. The firm will be looking to you for ideas of how to improve communications, service and systems surrounding the reception area so to be considered, you will be a highly polished receptionist with at least 3 years' experience of working in a similar professional services environment (Legal, Accountancy, Insurance etc) with a true understanding of customer service.
As the successful Receptionist, you will meet and greet all incoming clients, answer all incoming calls, monitor and control the booking of conference rooms, track/monitor arrivals of Attorneys from the International offices, allocate offices for visiting Attorneys/clients as well as general administrative duties. You will possess good time management skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to build relationships with a wide range of people. MS Office skills would be a real plus.
