Housed in very impressive offices in one of the most iconic buildings in the City of London, our client is hoping to attract a very polished and well spoken receptionist to be the face of the London office. Previous and solid law firm experience is absolutely essential to be considered for the role which will encompass meeting and greeting high profile clients and providing them with a 5* concierge service, answering and screening all calls, managing the conference area to ensure a perfect client experience, Health & Safety administration, (training will be given if necessary) and liaise with IT to ensure all Audio Visual equipment is working and the relevant client's IT requirements have been accommodated. The successful candidate will also manage all incoming and outgoing post, couriers and taxi bookings, be responsible for ordering all stationery, catering and kitchen supplies and offer administration assistance to other departments in the office if required from time to time.
