Receptionist required in London office of international law firm.
Housed in very impressive City offices, our prestigious international law firm client is hoping to attract a very polished and well-spoken Receptionist to join their established and friendly team on a permanent basis. Previous law firm or professional services experience is essential to be considered for the role which will encompass meeting and greeting high profile clients and providing them with a 5* concierge service, answering and screening all calls, managing the conference area to ensure a perfect client experience, liaising with IT to ensure all Audio Visual equipment is working and the relevant client's IT requirements have been accommodated. The successful candidate will also manage couriers and taxi bookings, be responsible for ordering all stationery, catering and kitchen supplies and offer administration assistance to other departments if required from time to time.
