Our client, a Top US Law firm, is looking to recruit a Records Coordinator to join the existing team within their London office on a 12-month fixed contract.
This will be a busy and varied role- some of your tasks will include:
- Scanning and uploading files
- Updating information screens
- Maintaining the firm's archives
- Entering and updating data in the firm's records management system
The successful candidate will be self-motivated and driven, have excellent IT skills, and be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
